HELLO, my name is Liam!

I am the owner of FYA Media House, based out of North Vancouver, Canada. I entered the wedding scene in August of 2019, and I have had the tremendous opportunity to have been apart of over 250 couples wedding days. Everything from mountain top elopements, gorgeous landscape weddings in the BC valley, elegant winery settings, to classic style historic buildings; I’ve documented so many incredible weddings in so many places.

I am your point of contact, your shooter on the wedding day, and your editor.

QUICK FACTS.

Every package includes a Raw Footage Bundle, so outside of your film, you can watch the ALL of the important moments from the day.
Delivery timeS ARE BETWEEN 1-3 months following the day of the wedding.
EACH CLIENT FILLS OUT A PRE AND POST WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE.
I shoot on Canon R5's and R5C's with canon RF lenses.
Second shooters as well as drone can be added on to any package.

Who is Liam?

(I'm not sure I even know the answer to that one)

I'm engaged to my high school girlfriend, who also happens to be my very talented second shooter. We got engaged in our favourite place in Canada, tofino.

My hidden party trick is naming all 196 countries in the world. I've only been to 17. Although I'm tying to increase that number, my favourite place to travel is still within Canada.

The three stages of the wedding experience

1. Before the wedding:

You've booked! With over 220 weddings complete, I've just about seen it all. I'm here to help! Whether you have questions about videography, timelines, what to write for your vows, how much time to account for speeches; I'm here for you. I understand how much you've got going on before the wedding day, so the one thing I won't try to do is add to that list.

2. the wedding day:

My approach on the wedding day has and always will be to capture moments as they happen. I want you to walk away remembering your family and friends around you, not cameras in your face. the same goes for your guests; they've come to support you and shooting out of the way insures they can experience all the joys of the day. my goal is to achieve all of this while getting the most gorgeous shots of the setting, the details, the guests, and of course, you.

3. After the wedding:

your video is a reflection of you, so I want to hear what you do and don't want in your film. You get to choose your level of input through your post wedding questionnaire. combined with my creative touch, I will build your film using all of the visuals and sounds from the wedding day.
